Totally impressive.
I’m beginning to get interested in this show Music Travel LaLaLa. Performances and exotic and uniquely interesting, showing a greater extent of the KPop singers’ musicality side – which I totally like.
Younha has performanced in it a couple of times (except for “Gee”, the videos won’t work – YT took them out :( , each time coming out with beyond stellar performances. Think I should really check the show out (:

Marine concept
I think the concept of marine which combines sophistication and cuteness is totally appealing. Don’t you think so too?
After being accused of “war crimes” following the album cover’s release, SNSD responded by removing controversial details from the original cover.

I second that. I’m not a SuJu fan, but I think this’ a brilliant song.

The MV is pretty cheesy, I feel. Oh, btw 8eight and Se7en are not related at all. LOL.

Girls’ Generation are the featured models for Samsung’s second HaHaHa campaign where they hope to encourage people to laugh/smile despite the hard times. Figure skater Kim Yuna and idol group DBSK were the previous models. – Wondersmurf of YT

Wondergirls debut in America
Oh my, after Rain, Se7en and BoA and many more, the floodgate has been flung open. Of course, i’m refering to the Korean-artistes-breaking-into-the-Amercan-market gate. After Rain and company, singers like Son Dambi joined in the gang. And now Wondergirls have officially broken into the angmoh market.
English names for the Wondergirls
Unlike other Korean celebs who entered the US market, WG decided to pick english names for themselves (probably to ensure easy remembrance of names). Sun-ye, the leader is now known as “Sun”, Ye-eun “Yenny”and Sun-mi “Mimi”. Yu-bin and So-hee however decided to retain their Korean names.
Best of luck, WG. Nevertheless, let’s see how long these ambitious musicians can last in the American market.
back from the camp,
performance wise – average, but overall – it was a very fun experience (:
well done evrybody who’re involved!
after months of preparations and meetings and proposals and…, the camp’s finally here.
but this means’ i’m gonna miss my lessons in school from tuesday to friday, and the Moscow State Chamber Choir on thursday. oh dear.
nevertheless, i’ll get to kayak during my dept’s sea activity for 2 sessions! yeah man. (:
and i’m finally done with the puzzle! haha.
I bought a ticket for the Thursday, 11th june, concert.
BUT
i realised i’ll be away for a camp from 9th to the 12th of june. dang.
it’s pretty last minute, but i’ll be giving it away.

haven’t been posting for donkey days. has been either very busy or very lazy. same goes for the photograph of the week section. no drive to blog these days. sigh.
but today finally theres a post! hahaha
and its abt the LTC Trainers Part 1& 2.
090523 LTC Trainers’ Camp Part 1
almost couldn’t make it for the day camp in JBACampsite, which is at Choa Chu Kang. super far. had to go to school before that for my choir commitee interview (:
anyway, it was a totally exhausting day. once i reach the campsite at abt 1++, it was my dept’s, the Sea Activity Dept, segment.
天不作美，it started to rain pretty heavily while waiting for the sub-comm members (the trainees/campers of the day). as a result, the kayaks couldnt launch at the planned time.
at abt 2+, the kayaks were finally ready to launch!
but.
sigh, the sole of my water shoe came off (points blaming finger at nike shoes). managed to keep one sole, while another one got stuck in the mud underwater during the water-confidence test. haha..
after waiting for so long, finally it was time for kayak! me and sub-comm member amanda paired up for a double-seater kayak. nonetheless, the sea activity was still relatively well-carried out in the end, disorganization aside.
after sea act was field-cooking (F&B Dept’s turn), before Sungeria’s Night Act. by the end of the activities, i was dead beat. headed back to dunman at 9+, where we had the de-briefing and stuff.
and i still had a warehouse of homework to be done. although i managed to complete all in the end. haha.
090530 LTC Trainers’ Camp Part 2
this part kicked off in dunman, before ending in Pulau Ubin, where the ‘not-orienteering-not-CIP-but-SL’ orienteering took place.
started with GA Dept’s general activites (haha), before learning the instructors’ mass dance. cool but simple dance. haha. (:
the comm then proceeded to changi jetty, before crossing the sea over to Pulau Ubin for Sunergia’s section.
KFC-ed after it all ended. wow. KFC never tasted so nice before. (actually it did, right after SYFs back in my dmn days. hahah)
